Odin Groep acquires Unified and strengthens national position as Managed Service Provider

Odin Groep makes another acquisition in the Netherlands, backed by investment company Fortino Capital. Unified, specialist in infra and managed IT services for the housing association market, will continue as a unit within Previder under the name Previder Corporaties.
In doing so, Previder is further focusing on the verticalisation of its service offering to even better meet the needs of its customers. In addition, this acquisition strengthens its national position as a Managed Service Provider with branches in Hengelo, Vianen, Utrecht and Nieuw-Vennep. With the acquisition of Unified, the Integrated Works company will also become part of Previder.
Leading position in the housing association market
With this acquisition, Odin Groep's number of employees will grow to around 650, realising sales of 135 million in 2021. Hans Lesscher, managing director of Odin Groep, said, "The acquisition gives Previder a leading position in the housing association market. Moreover, it enables us to combine the experience and expertise Unified and Previder have gained over the years in the sector into a specific business unit for housing corporations. In doing so, we are creating a specialised, complete and modern offering of managed IT services for housing associations of all sizes."
Outspoken ambition
The acquisition of Unified is the third under the banner of investment fund Fortino Capital.
