Odin Groep takes over another IT company in central Netherlands

Odin Groep, which has been operating under the Fortino Capital banner since 2019, is making another acquisition in the Netherlands. Pimarox, a specialist in infra and managed services, joined Previder, a subsidiary of Odin Groep, on 28 May. Managed service provider Previder is thus broadening its portfolio and strengthening its national position.
Hans Lesscher, founder and managing director of Odin Groep, is excited about the acquisition of Pimarox. "Adding Pimarox colleagues to our Previder organisation will broaden our portfolio with a focus on supporting customers on site. The acquisition of Pimarox marks the next step in our growth strategy."
Outspoken ambition
The acquisition of Pimarox is the second under the banner of investment fund Fortino Capital. Logical move for Pimarox
Wouter Veltman, former owner of Pimarox, will remain involved in the integration next year. He explains: "Pimarox has long had the ambition to grow through acquisitions. In the integration with Previder, we have found the right scale and broadening of our portfolio. Over the past few years, I have gathered good and pleasant people around me, allowing me to focus on a successful transition to Previder. The direct management of our organisation will remain in the hands of business unit director Remko Francken, who has worked at Pimarox for 14 years."
