Odin Groep strengthens position in southern Netherlands and Belgium with acquisition of 2invision Managed Services

Odin Groep acquires IT company 2invision Managed Services from Belgian Crescent Group. With the acquisition of the company from Nuth (Limburg) - with offices in Waalre and Herentals (Belgium) - Odin Groep strengthens its market position in the south of the country and enters Belgium. The 30 employees and customer base of 2invision are acquired in their entirety.

For Odin Groep, with offices in the eastern and central Netherlands, this acquisition fits perfectly with its ambition to grow as a Managed Service Provider in the southern Netherlands. CEO Arno Witvliet is therefore pleased with this step. "2invision is a very nice addition to the services of our subsidiary Previder. We can definitely strengthen each other and learn from each other's knowledge and expertise. For 2invision's existing customers, it is certainly valuable that, in addition to the current product portfolio, they will eventually have access to Previder's portfolio."

Future-proofed by acquisition
